Shipping & Returns
Please email email@example.com for exchanges & returns. After you have received an approval for your return/exchange request, please mail the items back to the address that will be provided to you upon approval.
Customer service is my number one priority and I want you to be happy with every purchase! If your item isn't a great fit or you are not happy with it... I do accept returns within 10 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Processing returns can take up to 5 business days once your package has been received. A Gift Card in the amount you paid will be issued via email as store credit. You are responsible for any return shipping charges & the return label must be dated within 7 days of the date you received the package according to the USPS tracking number, or package will be rejected.
To be eligible for a return
- the product must have been received by you within the last 7 days.
- the product is not damaged, worn or washed & must include original tags still attached to item. (All items will be inspected upon return.) Shoe boxes must be shipped inside another package/box so the shoe box isn't damaged during transit. Any shoe boxes with tape or labels placed right on the box will be rejected.
Sale items, accessories, undergarments/bralettes cannot be returned/exchanged. (Sale items may include: sale, clearance and jewelry). These are all FINAL SALE. Anything Discounted 30% off or more is FINAL SALE (including items bought during special sales). If any of these items are returned without approval, you will be sent an invoice for return shipping & your items will be returned to you without a refund. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 2 business days, your items will be returned to you and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for any future returns.
EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY
If you return or exchange more than 3 items during lifetime of ordering , a minimum of 15% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return and will increase with each return. We are always available to help you decide which size you need before ordering. Excessive returns may also be denied from placing future orders.
In stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Once Wings & Halos mails the package to you, USPS is responsible for the delivery and protection of your package. Please contact USPS if item has not arrived or is damaged. If you cannot resolve with USPS, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
